What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes full access to all sessions included in your ticket purchase of choice, Q&A panels, networking breaks, event materials/handouts, access to our vendor marketplace.

Can I ask Barbara O'Neill a personal question?

You will have a chance to ask questions during the Question and answer sessions. Barbara is not available for personal meetings.​ Please note: Barbara does not offer personal medical consultations or one-on-one advice during the event.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! Free parking will be available on-site for all attendees throughout the conference.

Are meals included?

Lunch is included for VIP Conference Pass holders on May 21 and 22, and VIP guests will also enjoy an exclusive plated dinner on May 22.
Lunch is not included with a Standard Conference Pass. A dedicated lunch break is built into the schedule each day, and we'll provide a list of our favorite nearby restaurants for attendees to enjoy.

Can I bring in my own snacks?

Yes, you're welcome to bring in snacks! We will have designated lunch times and complimentary Hydrogen water throughout the conference.

What are the dates, times of the event?

The event will be held on May 20th-22nd, 2027, In Cincinnati, OH. Doors open at 12pm on May 20th and 8:30am on the 21st and 22nd; The program finishes at approximately 6:00pm each day.

Are children allowed at the event?

All attendees MUST have a ticket. Children must be 12 years or older to attend, and there will not be childcare services provided. Nursing infants are welcome.

What is the refund policy?

While there are no refunds, you may re-sell your tickets to others. Please communicate ticket transfers so we can register the new ticket holder at the event.

Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?

Yes, VIP pass holders will be guaranteed the first 5 rows on the conference.

ABSOLUTELY! All of our local vendors are excited to meet you! They will be open daily, featuring many of Barbara’s recommended products, books, natural healing items, organic items, and other wellness essentials so you can begin your healing journey right away.
